The main campus is in Canberra, the capital city of Australia, which encompasses seven colleges that offers more than a hundred undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

The university has gained international recognition with its outstanding performance and excellence in research and training. It is ranked 27th in the overall global academic performance survey by the 2022 QS World University Rankings; and the first in Australia. It is also known for its success in Anthropology, Earth and Marine Sciences, Geography, Geology, Philosophy, Politics, and Sociology.

ANU is honored with 6 Nobel laureates among its faculty and alumni. Additionally, the school has the highest graduate employability rate with more than 98% ratio per annum. Here, we will discuss various Australian National University scholarships available for international students.

How do I apply to the Australian National University Scholarships?

The ANU has been a globally leading institution where international students apply for admission to pursue higher education and master their fields of research and study.

Students may submit their applications online along with other required academic qualifications and supporting documents.

Generally, their basis will be the student performance in their Year 12 (Final Average Grade not below 80%) and an International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB). An IELTS is required, particularly for students coming from non-English speaking countries, with an overall grade result of 6.5 in each module for both undergraduate and postgraduate applicants.

A 16-year completed education with at least 75% or 3.00 CGPA or GPA on their most recent eligible degree is a requirement for master’s program application. However, in some cases, the university may require specific application tests, selection criteria, and additional supporting documents in different programs and courses.

Over 200 ANU Scholarship Programs await International Students. Students may submit their applications, choose their best area of interest and start their journey to pursue education in Australia.
