In this article, we will be discussing Griffith University scholarships for international students.

How Do I Apply to Griffith University and Its Scholarships?

You can follow Griffith University’s International Applications guide for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. First, you need to choose a degree and check their entry requirements for academic and English requirements. Some degrees may have more competitive prerequisites and require program-specific portfolios for submission. After checking the requirements, you need to prepare your documents including a certified copy of academic transcripts, portfolio of work, and English language test scores. You can apply online or through a registered recruitment agency.

As a common standard, eligible students are required to complete a secondary school level equivalent to Australia’s 12-year academic program. Students applying for a postgraduate degree must complete a bachelor’s degree program and meet a required GPA. In addition to the standard entry requirements, all undergraduate, postgraduate and research applicants must present an English language certificate with a minimum score of 6.5 in IELTS, 575 in TOEFL, an overall score of 58 in Pearson Test of English, or no score lower than 3+ in ISLPR.

PhD and research applicants can use Griffith University’s PhD and Research Degree Application Guide to learn about the complete steps on how to apply. You need to pick a research program of your preference and prepare a research proposal. Applicants should also consider applying for available research scholarships and find a prospective research supervisor to serve as guidance throughout the research. Once you completed these steps, you can prepare all your documents for submission and apply online. To qualify for a research program, you have to obtain a bachelor’s degree with class I honours or class IIA honours, a master’s degree or a record of research equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with class IIA honours.

Upon submitting your application form, you will also find an option to apply for scholarships. You can be given a scholarship consideration right away or you may need to look for the most suitable scholarship for you. Each scholarship type has different application processes. The scholarship links listed below will show you the specific steps on how to apply for a scholarship and your eligibility.
