Undergraduate Coursework

The application to an undergraduate degree starts in the first semester, as it is the university’s main uptake period. International students must provide a Victorian Certificate of Education or equivalent high school certificate.

An important thing to know before applying is that each degree has specific conditions. These range from portfolio submissions to auditions. Finally, an English language requirement must be met. This can be achieved by presenting a proficiency test or tertiary study program.

After choosing a course and having all the requirements above met, applications are then submitted to the university’s portal. All applicants must pay a fee of AUD$100 before applying. For more information, read this page on undergraduate admissions.

Graduate Coursework

In order to apply to graduate coursework, an undergraduate degree must be completed beforehand for a Master’s degree. On the other hand, doctorates require to have completed an Honours and Master’s degree in the chosen area.

The online application must be submitted to the university’s portal. It is important to check the specific requirements for each program. All applicants must present an English language requirement and have a valid Australian student visa. For further information, please refer to the Graduate Coursework page.

Graduate Research

Graduate research courses are offered to applicants who have completed a bachelor’s program. Furthermore, an overall average greater than 75% in the final year is required along with a past research project in that period.

Further requirements vary according to the course. Yet, generally, a research topic and supervisor must be chosen before applying. For more information on how to find a supervisor, you can check this page.
