Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) is a public research university in England. Its history dates back to the year 1785 and it has four founding institutions which are: St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College, London Hospital Medical College, Westfield College, and Queen Mary College. Their research-focused approach has made a difference throughout the years, and it is not just in the United Kingdom but also all around the world.

Furthermore, QMUL is a Russell Group university. It has five campuses located in London, with the main ones at Mile End and Whitechapel. Queen Mary University of London offers programs for students in the undergraduate, master’s, and postgraduate levels.

Applying can also be done online, but the first step is to identify a research match and review the institution’s entry requirements and funding. Next, PhD applicants will need to prepare a research proposal and gather all the required documents to apply online. After this, the center of learning will contact the applicant and briefly discuss with them, and an interview will be scheduled. Queen Mary University of London Scholarships for International Students

1. Queen Mary Global Excellence Scholarships (UG)

The Queen Mary Global Excellence Scholarships (UG) is open to all undergraduates from non-EU countries. There is no limit as to how many students will be awarded this scholarship at Queen Mary University of London. Furthermore, interested students do not need to submit a separate application, as all who apply to the institution will automatically be considered for this scholarship.

With that, this is only available for undergraduates who have A*AA level or its international equivalent. Additionally, this particular scholarship program is designed for students pursuing a program under the Faculty of Science and Engineering.

Moreover, this grant’s duration is only for the first year of the scholar’s studies. The student should be ready to fund his or her tuition fees and living expenses during the following years of studying at the university.
